IC-M330GE Compact VHF/DSC Marine Transceiver
Icom's engineering department has done it again and produced one of the world's smallest fixed-mount VHF/DSC radios. The front panel of the IC-M330GE is so compact that it fits the size of a modern smartphone. However, despite its small size, the IC-M330GE retains all the distinctive features of Icom's sleek design, user-friendliness, and performance.
Ultra-Compact Body, Flexible Installation
The compact IC-M330GE is 35% smaller than previous IC-M323G/423G models, measuring only 156.5 (W) × 66.5 (H) × 110.1 (D) mm (see comparison on the right). This makes it ideal for a cockpit where space is limited.
Intuitive User Interface
The combination of a directional keypad and software keys provides simple and seamless operation. The most frequently used functions are assigned to software keys for quick one-touch access.

A newly designed speaker delivers clear sound without distortion even at full volume. It provides dynamic and clear sound across a wide bass and treble range.

Built-in Class D DSC
The radio continuously monitors CH 70, even while receiving another channel. DSC functions include distress, individual, group, all ships, urgency, safety, position request/report, poll request, and DSC test calls.
Built-in GPS Receiver and External GPS Antenna
The GPS receiver provides your location, heading, and speed using GPS, GLONASS, and SBAS information. The received position information can be used for DSC calls. An external GPS antenna is provided to maximize coverage.
The IC-M330GE is the first Icom fixed-mount marine VHF radio to comply with the latest marine ITU standard "ITU-R M493-14," which requires an external GPS antenna. ITU-R M493-14 will be mandatory starting from November 2018. All marine Class D fixed radios from all manufacturers will need to comply after this date.
